| There are mainly five types of convensional sultanas like as type 7,8,9,10 and 11 where 7 has the darkest and 11 has the lightest colour.All quality grades mentioned in technical specifications can be applied to the conventional sultanas. |

Convensional sultanas is the major types of sultanas which is requiring by world markets.DELTA AGRI FOODS is the one of the major supplier of Turkish Sultana Raisins with it’s export mainly to European Market.
Turkish thompson raisins are very popular in the world market with it’s similar taste and odour to Californian style although it’s reosonable prices. DELTA AGRI FOODS capacity is 20.000 ton in a year and we have produced and sell sultana raisins about 10.000 ton in a year.

Type of sultanas :Colour of berries :
Type 7: very dark almost black
Type 8: dark
Type 9: brownish
Type 10: light brown
Type 11: light brown to golden

Sultanas a a special vine variety. The berries are large, coloured golden-yellow to reddish-brown, have a very aromatic taste and a thin skin.
After drying, washing and removing all stems by hand, they are additionally sorted by laser scanners at modern plants
